Rules and Policy

These rules apply to every ticket holder at Kora Festival.

1. Ticket validity

Each ticket grants a single, one-time entry to the festival.

2. Non-transferable tickets

Purchased tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or transferred to another person.

If a ticket holder gives away or forwards their ticket (printed or electronic), only the first ticket scanned and recorded through our access-control system at the event entrance will be considered valid.

Lost tickets cannot be replaced. By purchasing a ticket, you accept the rules and regulations applicable to the event.

3. Prohibited items and behavior

It is forbidden to bring items bearing political messages or commercial/marketing markings that may infringe the rights of third parties.

Animals are strictly prohibited.

Any items that can be used as projectiles or weapons, pyrotechnic materials, poisons, explosives, or flammable substances are strictly forbidden. The same applies to bottles, cans, and alcoholic beverages.

4. Security checks and refusal of entry

For safety reasons, security checks will be carried out at all entrances.

Entry may be refused to anyone who does not comply with these rules or the general terms.

By purchasing a ticket, each attendee accepts the responsibility to follow the stated rules and regulations. Every violation will be sanctioned.

Entry may be refused to persons whose behavior violates law and order. In case of violation, persons will be removed without the right to a ticket refund.

5. Organizer liability

The organizer is responsible for the health and safety of attendees only within the area designated for the event, given that it takes place outdoors.

The organizer disclaims all liability for consequences occurring outside the designated event area.
