This Privacy Policy explains how Kora Festival ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of visitors and ticket buyers on korafestival.online. We comply with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of North Macedonia and applicable EU GDPR principles.

1. Data we collect

• Full name, email address and phone number provided during ticket purchase.
• Billing information required to process your payment (processed by HalkBank — see Payment Policy).
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected via standard server logs.

2. Why we collect it

• To issue and deliver your ticket (QR code and ticket number) by email.
• To verify tickets at the festival entrance.
• To contact you with important information about your order or the event.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

3. Card and payment data

We do not collect, process or store your card number, CVV, expiry date, or 3D Secure password. All card data is entered directly on the secure HalkBank payment page (epay.halkbank.mk) over an encrypted TLS connection.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. We only share it with: HalkBank AD Skopje (for payment processing) and email delivery providers (to send your ticket). We may disclose data if required by law.

5. How long we keep it

Order and ticket data is kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law in North Macedonia.
