Refund Policy

In case of cancelled or postponed events, korafestival.online applies the following policy:

1. Cancelled events

For cancelled events, the purchase price will be refunded for tickets bought online.

If you bought a ticket at a physical point of sale, you will be additionally notified about how your refund will be processed.

2. Postponed events

For postponed events, you will be notified in good time about the new date and location of the event.

Refunds for online-purchased tickets are not available when the cancellation is made at the request of the client.
