Payment Policy

Accepted cards

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and Maestro payment cards issued by any bank.

Secure processing

All card payments on korafestival.online are processed by HalkBank AD Skopje through the certified NestPay / 3D Secure payment gateway at epay.halkbank.mk. When you click "Proceed to Checkout", you are redirected to HalkBank's secure payment page to enter your card details.

What we do NOT store

Kora Festival does not see, collect, or store your card number, CVV/CVC code, expiry date, or 3D Secure password. These details are entered directly on HalkBank's secure system and never pass through our servers.

Encryption

All communication with the payment gateway is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). The 3D Secure protocol (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode) adds an additional layer of cardholder authentication.

Currency and pricing

All prices on this website are displayed in Macedonian Denars (MKD). Your card will be charged in MKD. Cardholders using cards issued in a different currency will be charged the equivalent amount at their bank's exchange rate.

Order confirmation

After a successful payment, you will receive an email from Kora Festival containing your ticket number and QR code. Present it at the festival entrance to gain access.

Refunds and cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law or when the event is cancelled by the organizer. In the case of a cancelled event, refunds will be issued to the original payment card.
